Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin is a unique one-of-a-kind gin, produced by soaking Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes with the original Four Pillars Signature Rare Dry Gin for eight weeks. The fruit is then squeezed to extract the purple liquid. Before bottling, more rare dry gin is added.
The finished gin contains notes of pine forest, white pepper, and spices. The gin is well-balanced, with a delightful sweetness and pleasant tannins on the finish.
