What are the delivery charges?
FREE Next Day Delivery (for orders before 11.59pm on the same day) with min. $250 spend, otherwise there is a $9.90 delivery charge.
FREE Same Day Delivery (for orders before 6pm on the same day) with min. $250 spend, otherwise there is a $12.50 delivery charge.
Enjoy 2 Hours Express Delivery (for orders between 11am - 1am) with any purchase at a $25.00 delivery charge.

Terms & Conditions:
PRICING & PROMOTIONS
- Prices are inclusive of 7% GST.
- Definition of ‘Nett spend or Nett purchase’ will be based on the subtotal including 7% GST.
- You may enter valid promo codes on the ‘View Cart’ page prior to checking out. After you have applied your promo code, please make sure you see the code applied to your order in the Order Summary section on the ‘Checkout’ page before proceeding to make payment.
- Only one promotional code can be used per order. After an offer has expired, we are unable to honour the promotion on future orders. Additionally, promotional codes and promotions are unable to be applied to previous purchases.
- Promotions/Items Availability/Pricing may differ for OCTO CLICK Business (Online) and OCTO CLICK Business outlets or events (Offline).
- Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice.
- Please refer to additional T&Cs on each individual promotion (if any).
ORDER
No exchange / refund / cancellation is allowed for confirmed orders unless the items were delivered damaged. Please email us at admin@octoclick.com.sg should you require any assistance on your order.
DELIVERY
- Standard Delivery, Same-Day Delivery & 60-Minute Express Delivery options available 7 days a week (except public holidays).
- OCTO CLICK Business reserves the right for re-arrangement of delivery due to wrong address OR if customer is not present at point of delivery.
- OCTO CLICK Business will not be liable for any delays in its delivery service caused by reasons beyond its control.
- OCTO CLICK Business reserves the right to deviate delivery times.
- OCTO CLICK Business reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- There will be no cancellation and/or refund after order is paid, unless due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In the case of a failed delivery due to receiver not being present at delivery address to recieve goods or being uncontactable at point of delivery, a charge of $12 will be incurred in compensation for any administrative costs and mileage.
- Delivery services will not be available on Public Holidays.
GENERAL
The Management reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
While OCTO CLICK Business endeavours to fulfil all deliveries, OCTO CLICK Business shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, or due to the absence of the recipient or wrong address given. Charges for re-delivery applies.

Who can accept my delivery?
Please make sure that someone is available to accept your order during the specified delivery timeslot. In any instance that there is no one at the delivery point to accept the order, a re-delivery charge of S$12 may apply.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We are sorry to inform you that cancellations will not be allowed and any request for changes made 1 day before delivery will not be possible. All other change requests to your order cannot be guaranteed and will have to be handled on a case by case basis. If you require any assistance regarding your order, please kindly email us at admin@octoclick.com.sg as early as possible.

What happens if I receive a damaged item?
Items purchased cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded, except for items which are delivered in a damaged condition. If you have received a damaged item from us, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item by emailing admin@octoclick.com.sg or dropping us a message at +65 9842 5500. Once notified about the damaged item, we will arrange an exchange or return credit for the damaged item depending on the extent of damage.

I have just placed my order online, when will my order be processed?
