Nose
An extremely smokey nose with aromas of sweet spices, well-matured sherry and creamy vanilla.
Palate
A rich and thick sauce with a mouthful of malt and Sherry, and a strong fruity sweetness. Heavy hints of Peat and oak.
Finish
Long, spicy finish, figs, dates, peat smoke, vanilla.
