Same Day Delivery Hours:

Monday - Friday: 2pm - 10p

*Order before 4pm Monday-Sunday for Next Day Delivery.

Orders placed Monday - Friday, Before 12pm will only be applicable for Same Day Delivery service.
FREE delivery to one location for orders SGD99.00 and above.
Orders below SGD99.00 are subject to a SGD12.00 delivery charge.
Delivery Hours: 2pm-10pm.

Orders placed between Monday - Friday, 11am-2pm will only be applicable for Express 2 Hour Delivery service.
Delivery surcharge of SGD15.00 Nett will be payable regardless of order amount.
Orders received between the above timing will be dispatched via 3rd party logistic and customers will receive their orders within 2 Hours.

Self Collection timing is from Mon - Sat 2pm to 6pm only.
Self-collection at 361 Ubi Road 3 Octopus Building Level 1 Showroom Singapore 408664 (Kindly approach the staff on duty at the showroom).

OCTO CLICK Exclusive Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for any delays in its delivery service caused by reasons beyond its control.
OCTO CLICK Exclusive Pte. Ltd reserves the right to deviate delivery times.
OCTO CLICK Exclusive Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
There will be no cancellation and/or refund after order is paid, except cancellation/refund is only allowed due to unforeseen circumstances.
In a case of a failed delivery due to reciever not being present at delivery address to recieve goods or uncontactable at point of delivery, a charge of $12 will be incurred in compensation for any administrative costs and mileage.
OCTO CLICK Exclusive Pte. Ltd reserves the right for re-arrangement of delivery due to wrong address OR if customer is not present at point of delivery.
